A healthy spin on Nachos by Yours Truly! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1lb. of Hormone & Steroid Free Ground Turkey

16 oz. can of Black Beans

World Table Roasted Salsa Verde – Available at Wal-Mart

World Table Sweet Heat Salsa – Available at Wal-Mart

Shredded Cheese

Marketside Organic Half & Half Mix (Half Spring Mix/Half Baby Spinach) – Available at Wal-Mart

World Table Blue Corn & Sesame Tortilla Chips – Available at Wal-Mart

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

Salt

Pepper

Sour Cream (Optional)

Guacamole (Optional)

Directions:

In a skillet, add EVOO. Add enough to coat the skillet. Add your fresh ground turkey.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook on medium heat until the ground turkey is fully cooked and browned.

Once your ground turkey has browned add your can of rinsed black beans to the skillet.

Let it cook on medium to low heat, until your beans are heated well through.

Grab a plate and beginning layering your nachos starting first with the Blue Corn & Sesame Tortilla Corn Chips.

Add the Organic Spring Mix Lettuce

Add the Ground Turkey

Add Shredded Cheese

Add the Roasted Salsa Verde

Add the Sweet Heat Salsa

Once your done layering, you can also garnish the nachos with your choice of sour cream or guacamole! Simply Delicioso! Enjoy!
