By request, here’s a recipe I’m sure you will love! I love vegetables and I love being creative when cooking. This is a dish that I created from scratch during a time when I was really working out and adjusting my eating habits. I wanted to increase my vegetable intake while decreasing the amount of meat that I was consuming in order to aid in weight loss. I came up with this easy to make recipe and have been making this dish ever since! It’s easy to make and is sure to be a hit! You won’t even miss the meat! Enjoy!
